Delivering luxury rides seamlessly

For high end customers seeking luxury transport, conventional ride services fall short expectations, tailored ride services through a sophisticated app with separate customer experiences: Ride Premium and Ride Elite.

Bringing exclusively to luxury transport

Ride Premium offers access to premium vehicles like Escalades and Navigators for high-end experiences, while Ride Elite extends access to elite services with armed security guards, reserved for the most exclusive clients. Only customers with admin approval can access Ride Elite.

The challenge

In creating this exclusive service, the goal was to combine a seamless ride-booking experience with membership-based access control. Additionally, the app needed to integrate GPS tracking, automatic time tracking, and membership management, ensuring smooth operations for both the customer and driver.

The Solution

Mobile and web apps for elite customer service

We developed a mobile app for customers and drivers along with a web app for the admin, allowing for:

Customer module

Split-screen for Ride Premium and Ride Elite with membership-based access. Customers can book rides, manage memberships, and access a range of luxury services.

Driver module

Drivers can log in, manage their rides, and track the time spent per customer. The app also supports in-app communication with customers and live location tracking.

Admin dashboard

Admins manage all customer and driver activities, from membership approval to payment management and dispute resolution.

Key Features

Membership-based access: Customers choose from multiple membership tiers. Ride Premium provides three levels of memberships - Gold, Platinum and Diamond - while Ride Elite offers Sterling, Silver and Gold tiers, each with exclusive access and services.
GPS and time-tracking: The system automatically calculates the time spent during each ride, ensuring accurate billing based on hours used.
Subscription management: Stripe integration enables seamless payment processing, subscription renewals, and membership upgrades.
Luxury at your fingertips: Customers can select from a range of premium vehicles and even opt for armed security services with Ride Elite. Real-time ride tracking and route display enhance the user experience.
